Simon began his early career in retail management within the food sector. He then joined an International Recruitment Company where he latterly headed up Retail Executive Search. He worked with a boutique search firm for 18 months before leaving to set up Simon Pinnell Associates.

Is a director providing operational support and business strategy. Kate has 16 years experience within HR, latterly at Board level within Retail and Tour operations and therefore has the benefit of insight from a Client’s perspective.

David has wide corporate experience as CEO in blue chip companies and as a Non Executive Director/Chairman in public & private equity backed businesses. He founded Omnis Consulting in 2002 to provide an individually tailored, result focussed, approach to coaching & mentoring for Chief Executive & Senior Functional Directors combined with facilitating team workshops & assisting in strategy development.

Steve Harris - Candidate Assessment

Steve founded Energize Learning and Development in 1999 who developed a unique method for helping retail organisations engage positively with their customers. This in turn has lead to many leading UK and International organisations adopting Energize techniques and methods to help front line staff drive greater sales. Their clients include some of the largest UK Retailers. More recently Energize principles have been adapted for the public sector and several schools helping children build self confidence and self esteem.
